Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Filipino Food Trail 2026 application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

These terms apply to all users of the app, including participants, restaurant staff, and administrators.

Eligibility

To participate in Filipino Food Trail 2026, you must:

•Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
•Have a valid email address for account verification
•Provide accurate and complete registration information
•Agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Account Registration & Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

•Provide your email address, phone number, and personal details
•Keep your login credentials confidential
•Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Security Notice: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. One account per person only. Creating multiple accounts may result in disqualification.

Food Trail Participation

Check-in Requirements

•Check-ins must be verified by restaurant staff using QR code scanning
•Only one check-in per restaurant per day is allowed
•Staff will record your spending amount at each visit
•Check-ins cannot be edited or deleted once confirmed

Keychain Rewards

•Minimum spending of HKD $150 required per keychain unlock
•Physical receipt must be presented to claim keychain prizes
•Receipts must be original and legible with store name, amount, and restaurant date
•Lost receipts cannot be replaced — we cannot issue keychains without proof
•Prizes are subject to availability and while stocks last
•All the prizes are handmade from the Philippines with love
•The prizes may differ in size, appearance, and colour from the photo
•Since all the prizes are handmade, they will not be identical and may differ in size, weight, appearance, and colour from each other

Important: Keep all your physical receipts safe! The app will remind you about this requirement, but you are ultimately responsible for maintaining proof of purchase for prize claims.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

•Create multiple accounts or share accounts
•Falsify check-ins or spending amounts
•Manipulate QR codes or circumvent verification systems
•Use altered, photocopied, or fraudulent receipts
•Harass restaurant staff or other users
•Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the application
•Resell or transfer prizes to others for commercial purposes

Event Period & Changes

Filipino Food Trail 2026 runs from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

We reserve the right to:

•Modify participating restaurants and available rewards
•Update these terms with reasonable notice
•Suspend or terminate the event early if necessary
•Disqualify users who violate these terms

Limitation of Liability

The Filipino Food Trail 2026 application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

•Quality of food or service at participating restaurants
•Lost, stolen, or damaged receipts
•Technical issues preventing check-ins (though we'll try to help)
•Restaurant closures or changes in operating hours
•Any damages arising from your use of the app

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

•Violate these Terms of Service
•Engage in fraudulent activity
•Report abusive account deletion

Upon termination, you forfeit all accumulated check-ins, points, and unclaimed rewards.
